Kishor Sapre, Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Kishor had over 12 years of high-tech experience before co-founding iConnect. Kishor managed the development of E-Commerce systems (Mainframe, UNIX, AS400, and Desktop to Web) and became Senior Director of Development at Harbinger. As a member of the Premenos management team, Kishor participated in building the company through its pre-IPO stages, and was involved in its acquisition by Harbinger, a $160 million company. Kishor has worked internationally with multiple languages and platforms; he received his Masters degree from Purdue University and his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University (Summa Cum Laude).

Steve Petty, Chief Technical Officer

Steve was the “first man through the door” when the company was founded over 25 years ago and became its first official employee. Drawing on a strong background in data communications gained during his 9 year tenure as a lead developer at Supply Tech, Inc. and later at Harbinger. Steve played a foundational role in architecting, designing, and building iExchangeWeb from the ground up. Since then, he has been instrumental in shaping and implementing the technical foundation of iConnect’s operations. With deep expertise across infrastructure, systems, networking, and database management, Steve has overseen the development and evolution of all core technical systems, ensuring their performance, scalability, and security. He continues to lead the company’s technical direction, providing senior-level oversight on infrastructure strategy and managing critical system administration functions. With a comprehensive understanding of enterprise IT environments and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, Steve remains a driving force in maintaining and advancing iConnect’s technical capabilities.

Tom Carroll, Director, Sales

Tom Carroll joined iConnect in 2008 after decades of experience in the sales of EDI solutions. Previously, Tom served in both sales and consulting capacities at Supply Tech, Trinary Systems, Sterling Commerce and Supply Solutions. Tom came to iConnect because of their reputation as a truly customer focused EDI service provider. Tom saw that iConnect’s approach to Managed EDI Services allows companies both large and small to easily and economically achieve their goal of integrating their EDI data to and from their ERP solutions. Tom has degrees from Rutgers College and the State University of New York at Albany.

Kelli Sloan, Director, Customer Services

Kelli Sloan joined iConnect in 2007 with more than 12 years of experience in the E-Commerce Automotive arena. Before coming to iConnect, Kelli was the EDI Office Manager at Advanced Technologies. Kelli has been dedicated to working with Suppliers and Manufacturers as a liaison problem solver. Learning and understanding data requirements including business process enforcement provided an opportunity to facilitate education, assistance and protection of supplier performance ratings. The move to iConnect realized the competitive desire to truly drive data management and transport through an exemplary single source solution that provides flexibility, functionality and excellence in Support and continued improvement.

Kartheik Godavarthi, Manager, Implementation Services

Kartheik joined iConnect in 2012 and specializes in analysis, design, mapping and custom implementations. Kartheik has led projects across multiple ERPs, ensuring smooth integration and robust support for business-critical systems. Currently, Kartheik manages and mentors a team of EDI Implementation Specialists, managing both onsite and offshore teams, driving new mapping strategies and scalable integration processes; he received Masters Degree in Information Systems and MBA from Eastern Michigan University.

Spencer Schauer, Software Development Manager

Spencer Schauer began his journey with iConnect in May of 2015 as a Computer Science intern with minimal exposure to EDI. Through dedication, a passion for learning, and the support of the exceptional team at iConnect, he quickly advanced within the company. Today, Spencer leads the development team, overseeing both daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives. He plays a key role in fostering cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless communication and alignment with development efforts. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Spencer also helps maintain and improve the company's infrastructure-including managing servers, databases, network stability, and hardware upgrades.
