We turned to iConnect to supply all our EDI automotive functions. We felt we did not have the internal capability of dealing with getting set up to receive and transmit the required data, especially since each customer had a different data format. We were required to be able to have EDI by one of our customers, so our only choice was to find an EDI intermediary. iConnect was the correct choice in retrospect, especially with the constant changing of customer requirements. Though we never used any other provider, I can say iConnect could not be surpassed as there have not been any problems they could not quickly fix and their service and support could not be any better!
