ASN Backup Services
ASN Compliance is one of the most critical business issues that suppliers face in today’s e-Commerce environment. Just being able to send correct and timely ASN’s to customers is not enough, suppliers MUST have an ASN backup process in place for most customers. A supplier without a backup process in place may face serious consequences. Failure to send a correct and timely ASN can result in reductions in supplier ratings, fines, or BOTH. iExchangeWeb can assist suppliers in addressing the backup issue. iExchangeWeb can be deployed as a ASN backup solution in two different configurations. The first configuration would provide a manual web-based interface that would allow suppliers to fill out a web-form and send it to their customers via the Internet. The second provides a seamless process that requires no manual intervention. On occasion, an organization may not be able create an ASN within the normal EDI process or cannot connect to its normal VAN. In these instances, a supplier can simply route the ASN to iConnect and we’ll do the rest with guaranteed delivery!
